Shipping and Returns.
SHIPPING:
The shipping estimate varies from product to product, so we always advise you to check the shipping information available on each product page.
This information is usually displayed next to the "Add to Cart" button.
All our shipments are made via CTT EXPRESSO.
Returns and Warranties:
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return your product if you do not like it.
The customer can opt for a full refund or a voucher, except in exceptional circumstances.
After receiving your product, please note that issuing a refund or assigning a voucher may take between 1-14 days.
Note: Returned products must be in their original condition, i.e. accompanied by their box, plastics and instruction manuals, if applicable. Otherwise, the return will not be possible.
We do not accept returns of personalized products and other devices directly related to hygiene that show signs of use, such as Bluetooth headphones.
Guarantees:
We offer a 3-year technical warranty on all our technological products. As mentioned, the warranty is technical and does not cover problems such as: Humidity/water in the devices, loss of devices, broken objects, among other situations.
To activate a warranty, simply contact us directly via email. We usually handle warranties "immediately", except in special circumstances. Please note that although we usually resolve the warranty immediately, in legal terms, although it is highly unlikely to happen, this process can take up to 60 days to be resolved.
