Returns and Warranties:
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return your product if you are not satisfied with it.
Returns: after receiving the product, a voucher is normally issued with the associated value with a €5 bonus for use, except in special situations, a refund is issued in cases of damage, or excessive delay in delivery, etc. (under evaluation).
After receiving your product, please note that issuing a refund or voucher may take between 1-14 days.
Note: Returned products must be in their original condition, including their box, plastic wrap, and instruction manuals, if applicable. Otherwise, the return will not be possible.
We do not accept returns of personalized products or other devices directly related to hygiene that show signs of use, such as Bluetooth headphones.

To activate a warranty, simply contact us directly via email. We typically handle warranties "immediately," except in special circumstances. Please keep in mind that while we typically resolve warranties immediately, legally, and while it's highly unlikely to happen, this process can take up to 60 days to complete.
