Processing:

Once you have placed your order, it usually takes between 1-3 business days to process your order. This process encompasses production of some type of product (namely personalized products), packaging, etc.

Shipping:

After your order has been processed, we will move on to the shipping phase, which is always carried out by ctt.

Shipping to Mainland Portugal and Islands:

Priority mail : €1.60 (without tracking code): 1-2 business days.

Registered Mail : €3.60 (with tracking code): 1-2 working days.

Shipping to Europe:

Standard Mail : 3.99 (With tracking code): 5 working days.

Shipping to the Rest of the World:

Standard Mail : €4.30 (With tracking code): 5 working days.

Shipping to USA:

Standard Mail : €4.99 (With tracking code): 5 working days.

Exchanges and Returns:

We do not make returns except in the following situation:

The ordered product is out of stock and the order value may be refunded immediately.

We do not accept returns of electronic products, including headphones, due to hygiene controls. In the event of a defect, we will exchange the product if it is within the warranty indicated by the product.

Exchanges:
